A look back at the I'On Dialogues

On behalf of event coordinator Anne Tyler Howell, my brother Geoff and father Tom, I’d like to extend our thanks to all who joined us in the Lowcountry October 23-25 for The I'On Dialogues. To commemorate the 25th anniversary of I’On’s approval and groundbreaking, we sought opportunity-opening discussion to advance a more beautiful and humane built environment. And to have a good time! Toward those ends, we believe the Dialogues was a rousing success! We hope you agree!

We’d also like to extend a special thank you to the Church of the Holy Ascension as well as Kenny and Sara Craft, Andrew and Julie Gould, and Sally Eisenberg and Reid Burgess for opening up their homes in Earl’s Court and on Catfiddle Street.

Here is one of my many highlights:

We’d love for you to continue to share your favorite moments on Twitter using the hashtag #IOnDialogues.

Videos are Live!

At long last, recordings of our proceedings are now available! Check out video recordings from all of the panel sessions posted here on our website. Please feel welcome to share with your friends and colleagues so that the Dialogues may continue.

Save the Date!

Since October, we’ve heard and talked with many attendees, and found there to be sentiment for another event. We’ll be putting more thought into that idea over the next couple of months and welcome your feedback.

For now, please save the dates of Sunday, October 22 through Tuesday, October 24, 2023. Also, please feel welcome to share this with anyone you feel would be interested and make a positive contribution to such an event. They can learn more and sign up to receive updates by subscribing through our website.
